Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Cogeeker.com we promise to provide you with prompt and excellent customer service to all buyers. We provide all customers with a refund or exchange/costume alternation for defective products, missing parts, or products totally different from what we described. Please kindly check the following return/exchange policy attached as follows.
1, Wrong size, defective products, missing parts, or products totally different from what we described.
Buyers are supposed to contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery of parcels and email us some clear photos as evidence for replacement or refund. For costumes of wrong size, cosgeeker.com promise to make you a new costume with correct size for free if it is on earth that we made the size wrong.
Please kindly note that Cosgeeker.com is NOT responsible for sizing issues on customized costumes if the buyers didn't provid the correct measurements. In that case, customers can get a generous coupon if they decided to reorder. Or, we can send customers the new parts with correct size, but they are supposed to cover 50% price of the items and the shipping cost on thier own.
After we reahed an agreement of replacement, buyers are responsible for returning the products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer's expense. Please also inform our customer service of a tracking number once you returned the parcel.
The following situations are not included in our Return or Exchange Policy:
Products which have been used or washed.
Products with smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
Products with stains
2. Wrong Delivery Address
Cosgeeker.com promise to ship parcels to the correct shipping address with the shipping information provided by the buyers. Buyers are responsible for providing us with correct address information. We will NOT able to issue the refund if we sent the package to the correct shipping address which buyers submitted when they checked out.
Cosgeeker.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. The freight depends on which shipping method you choose. If you want to upgrade it to DHL or Yun Express, customers are supposed to pay the extra shipping cost in advance.
For orders which are made to order like costumes and shoes, please kindly check your order carefully before checkout. We will send a email confirmation once you placed the order. If unfortunately a mistake has been made on a processed order, pls email us in 18 hours after paying. Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame, because once our tailor started processing, the fabric cannot be reused. Orders canceled after 18 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the product price. And orders cannot be canceled after 3 days of payment. Thanks for your appreciation.
For wigs, accessories & props and other ready shipping products, we usually send them in no more than 24 hours once we received your payment, we will spare no efforts to locate the parcel and try to block the it back. If the order has already been shipped out, or cannot be located, then the order cannot be cancelled. And, Cogeeker.com is not responsible for any additional costs added to correct the order.
